"We moved into our home six months ago and I wanted to recap our experience with Summit Builders.

First, this was our third custom home in our 42 years of marriage. We had never heard about these builders, but liked the photos of their homes posted on their website. After meeting with Neil and Joe, we knew immediately that these two partners were going to be a good fit for us to work with. 

Our experience EXCEEDED our expectations! Neil and Joe were hands on throughout our build. Questions were answered immediately and HONESTLY. They kept us within our budget but also gave us the opportunities to be flexible, if we wanted to spend on upgrades. Also, when we needed recommendations for other work, e.g. site layout, landscape, etc, theirs were excellent.

All the subcontractors were first rate, quality craftsmen. As the home was being built it never looked like a construction war zone! The home was always kept neat and tidy, including outdoors. Their main carpenter, Eric is on site frequently and was the go-to person when we were on site. And ladies…when the home was released to us, it was spotless and truly MOVE IN ready!

I cannot stress enough about the attention to detail everything was given. We are very grateful for the experience we had with our build. It’s a SOLID group of folks that care about the quality of your investment/home."
